Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons aged 20-59 years who are explained the research plan and obtained informed consent. Subjects who regularly use CWT and sauna with cold water bath and are in good physical condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude persons with a history of cardiovascular disease and hypertension. Persons who are prohibited from bathing by a doctor.
