Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ulcerative colitis Patient is in clinical remission, FIT negative (hemoglobin level in stool <50 ng/mL) Patients are scheduled to reduce the dosage of one drug. Patients who are able to obtain written consent for participation in this study after receiving a thorough explanation of the study and after fully understanding the study. Outpatients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficulty in performing the fecal immunochemical test at home. Patients who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator and research coordinator.
