Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: out-patients complaining of subjective or objective memory decline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with cognitive decline due to organic pathology (stroke, brain tumors, brain injury, postoperative) were excluded .

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis of human brain function using 3D-pseudo-continuous arterial spin labeling and BOLD signals of functional MRI under light and dark conditions to find the statistically significant changes of brain functions.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
BOLD signals change following the variable repetition time (TR).
