Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic kidney disease who are attending the Department of Nephrology at Saitama Medical University Hospital approximately every 1-2 months and who have indicated their willingness to consent to the study after receiving a written explanation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator (e.g., after introduction of renal replacement therapy, children (under 18 years old), acute kidney injury, unilateral renal disease (e.g., renal vascular hypertension), renal tumor, severe edematous disease (e.g., nephrotic syndrome), cystic disease, postrenal kidney disease) (2) Patients who have changed the content of the given medication in the initial entry (At the time of the change in the content of the medication because the purpose is to confirm the baseline [MRI, biomarkers] of the case.) (3) Those whose MRI images or laboratory test results are deemed inappropriate for evaluation (When the renal parenchyma is poorly delineated on MRI due to artifacts from body movement, atrophy, cysts, scarring, etc., or when the specimen acquisition and processing process is inappropriate and is inferred not to reflect the pathophysiology of the subject)
