Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 85 at the time of informed consent 2. Patients without dementia (Mini-Mental State Examination score of 24 or higher) 3. Those who can keep quiet without hearing loss to the extent that it interferes with listening to music 4. Those who have given written consent of the research subject's own free will after receiving a sufficient explanation regarding participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with dementia 2. Those with hearing loss that interferes with listening to music 3. Those who have difficulty staying still 4. General MRI contraindications (cardiac pacemaker, cochlear implant, middle ear implant, stent insertion surgery within 2 weeks before MRI examination, old artificial heart valve surgery, contamination of fine metal pieces in the eye, titanium Other than those with cerebral aneurysm clips, metal prosthesis, bolt fixation for fractures, tattoos on the entire trunk, contraceptive rings, within the first 3 months of pregnancy or the possibility of pregnancy) 5. Those who the research director judges to be inappropriate as research subjects
