Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical findings show no abnormalities in jaw movement. No abnormalities in jaw movement on clinical examination. No abnormality in temporomandibular joint and masticatory muscle group No significant anterior-posterior discordance in the upper and lower jaw bones and a normal capsule. No defects other than third molars, and the amount of plexus must be less than -2.5mm.

Exclusion criteria: Those with congenital diseases with maxillofacial malformations Patients with severe caries with crown collapse Patients with congenital defects of permanent teeth Patients with a history of surgical treatment for nasopharyngeal diseases Patients with a history of surgical treatment for tongue disorders (e.g., ankylosis of the lingual frenulum) Patients with abnormal adhesion of the lingual pedicel Patients with vomiting reflex
