Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A full-time Japanese employees wi th mild, moderate, severe levels o f depressive symptoms Have given consent to participate in the study Those who use smartphones on a daily basis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With suicidal thoughts Other persons deemed inappropriate as subjects of this study by the principal investigator
