Intervention group: View a 360VR (about 18 min.) "
Oral Care and suctioning techniques for patients on mechanical ventilators in the Intensive Care Unit"
. Then, practice the technique while watching the same VR (to be conducted multiple times by each participant during one week). * Will conducted in class (skills lab) and analyzed with secondary use

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. those who have registered for classes in "Disease Management in Adult" and "Practicum in Adult Nursing" 2. those who can obtain written consent to participate (providing their data to this research) in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those who are retaking the "Practicum in Adult Nursing" or who have experience in performing or learning about endotracheal suctioning in a clinical setting 2. those with a history of epilepsy or consciousness disorder 3. those with a history of severe motion sickness 4. those who are pregnant 5. those who has a device inserted due to cardiac disease, etc.
