Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric neoplasm of differentiated type that occurred in the gastric antrum and was histologically diagnosed with intestinal-phenotype 2. Patients that is diagnosed as being naive for Helicobacter pylori-infection 3. fixed with 10% formalin neutral buffer solution

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who refused to be registered 2. Diagnosed as defective quality of extracted DNA
