Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute cerebral infarction patients admitted to the stroke care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) not capable of performing the TMT-A at the initial evaluation (2) not capable of performing the MMSE at the initial evaluation (3) a clear reduction in the NIHSS score during hospitalization
