Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We systematically searched PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases for published studies evaluating the accuracy of CT-MPI in diagnosing ischemia, which were included in our analysis. #1 (dynamic myocardial perfusion computed tomography OR dynamic myocardial perfusion CT OR dynamic CT perfusion) #2 (coronary artery disease OR chronic coronary syndrome OR myocardial infarction OR angina pectoris) #3 (diagnostic accuracy OR diagnostic performance) #4 #1 AND #2 AND #3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Animal studies, phantom studies, and other studies that did not present sufficient data were excluded.

MeasureTime frame
We systematically searched PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases for published studies evaluating the accuracy of CT-MPI in diagnosing ischemia, which were included in our analysis. The accuracy of CT-MBF in detecting ischemia determined by coronary angiography (CAG) or fractional flow reserve (FFR) was evaluated using summary receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves.
