Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for modified radical mastectomy will be included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will be any patients with allergy to any test drugs, coagulopathy, infection at the nerve block puncture site, patients on of any analgesic drug within 48 h before surgery, history of chronic pain medication use, direct chest wall trauma or history of thoracic spine surgery, sinus bradycardia, and atrioventricular block
