Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age =>20 2. patients with malignant distal biliary obstruction 3. unresectable 4. providing written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ECOG performance status 4 2. after cholecystectomy 3. under 2cm from hilar bile duct to obstruction 4. with gastric outlet obstruction 5. after gastric surgery (excluding Billroth-I) 6. history of metal allergy
