Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persons who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the exam, have the capacity to consent, applied with free will with sufficient understanding, and agreed to participate with a written document 2. Japanese men and women aged 20 years or older at the time of obtaining consent 3. Persons who have been hospitalized due to heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons who cannot properly perform self-measurement using blood pressure monitors, weight scales, thermometers, and pulse oximeters 2. Persons who were judged as inappropriate for study participants by the attending physician and the principal investigator
