Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes mellitus who visited the ophthalmologist from the date of approval by the head of the research institution to March 31, 2028 2. Patients with visual acuity and OCT imaging data before and after the start of HIF-PH administration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Blind in both eyes 2. Inability to perform OCT examination 3. Other patients who are judged as unfit by the ophthalmologist
