Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: being between 18 and 40 years of age experienced a significant ankle sprain accompanied by inflammatory symptoms (pain, swelling, etc.) at least one day of sports time loss occurred in the last year scored equal and more than 24 in the Cumberland ankle instability tool
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: positive ligamentous laxity (anterior drawer and Talar tilt tests) a history of other injuries in either lower extremity during 3 months prior to study enrollment a history of fracture or surgery in either lower extremity any other muscular, joint, or neurological conditions that affect lower limb function currently enrolled in an ankle rehabilitation program and visual, vestibular, and cognitive deficits
