Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) adenocarcinoma 2) the presence of area where immediate treatment is unnecessary 3) performance status 0-1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe comorbidity 2) history of radiation therapy to pelvic cavity
