Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients who have received consent to participate in diabetes classes, have not developed serious complications, and are judged by a doctor to be able to exercise safely

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetics 2.Excludes data from the second and subsequent times for patients who participated more than once
