Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single pregnancy, twenty to fifty years old, Those who are hospitalized for childbirth due to scheduled Caesarean section, Those who are able to obtain written consent for participation in the study from the subject of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those for whom physiotherapy intervention has been discontinued or individualized bed rest instructions have been given, Non-native speakers of Japanese, Those whose newborns are admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Those with an Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score of nine or higher during pregnancy.
