Lighting that fluctuates in light intensity in conjunction with heart rate fluctuations moves. Lighting that fluctuates in intensity with heart rate fluctuations does not work.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent (regardless of gender)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are currently receiving some medication or outpatient treatment, or those who have a mental illness such as cognitive dysfunction that makes it impossible to communicate
