Interventions
Intervention: a total of four sessions and one follow-up session will be provided to group leaders to explain how to implement and communicate the "
Choitashi"
program, which consists of muscle strengthen activity, dietary habit checks, and oral exercises, etc. After the training sessions, group leaders will be asked to practice the "
Choidashi"
program during their group activities (approximately 12 weeks). They will also be encouraged to do the program at home. The participants will be asked to record their implementation of the program in

Inclusion criteria: Leaders and members of self-managed groups who attended the research briefing and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with exercise and dietary restrictions
