Inclusion criteria: patients scheduled to undergo elective Total Hip Arthroplasty under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous surgery of lumbar spinal surgery, paralysis of the lower extremities, major neurocognitive disorder, an allergy to bupivacaine or fentanil, morphine hydrochloride
