Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects were healthy men with no exercise habits who were interested in the study and voluntarily volunteered to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of neuromuscular or orthopedic diseases of the lower limbs A person who has been performing habitual resistance training or stretching within 6 months Others who are difficult to measure
