Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy men without exercise habits who voluntarily volunteered to participate in the experiment from among those who were interested in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with a history of neuromuscular or orthopedic disease in the lower extremities Those who have not performed resistance training within the past six months. Other subjects who are difficult to measure.
