Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes 2. Outpatients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age < 20 years 2. Patients with Gait disturbance 3. Patients with severe musculoskeletal symptoms 4. Patinets with diabetes foot or lower extremity amputation 5. Patients with cognitive impairment 6. Patients contraindications to exercise training 7. Patients unable to consent
