Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Early school age children (1st to 3rd grade elementary school) and their families undergoing an oral food challenge test. 2) Those who can answer questionnaires in Japanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who undergo tests for the purpose of definitive diagnosis of causative foods. 2) Patients with intellectual disabilities.
