Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with postural abnormalities of 2 or more points in MDS-UPDRS III-13 posture and chronic low back pain lasting more than 3 months, and who have given consent for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute neurological symptoms (impaired consciousness, epileptic seizures) Patients with radiographic evidence of inflammatory disease, tumors, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, sacroiliitis, etc. Patients with medical conditions that contraindicate exercise Patients with neuromuscular diseases or skin diseases in the abdomen or lumbar region. Patients with a cardiac pacemaker Patients with spinal contractures Those who have stage 5 (slightly severe cognitive decline) or higher on the Functional Assessment Staging. Those who require the assistance of another person for gait function assessment.
