Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have undergone a medical check-up at the time of participation in the study. Be able to participate in a regular exercise program at an exercise facility at least once a week. Do not have an exercise habit (exercise at least twice a week for at least 30 minutes per session for at least one year).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not have permission from their family doctor to exercise and have exercise restrictions.
