Listen to a 40Hz modulated sound source once a day, every day for 1 hour for 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women aged 65 and over, Those who can obtain written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hearing loss 2. depression or anxiety disorder (diagnosed with depression/anxiety disorder, taking antidepressants/anti-anxiety drugs), or those with a GDS15 score of 5 or higher 3. dementia (diagnosed with dementia, taking anti-dementia drugs), or those with an MMSE-J score of 27 or less 4. Others who are deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator or co-investigator
