Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who diagnosed hematopoietic tumor and after autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 2.Outpatients who have been discharged from hospital for at least one month 3.18 years of age or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have severe mental illness 2.Patients who have been diagnosed with relapse
