Inclusion criteria: Participant A 1.From 18 to 65 years old 2.Living in the community 3.Having diagnoses included in the chapter 5 'Mental and behavioural disorders' of the ICD-10 4.Mother tongue is Japanese 5.Fluent in Japanese for reading, writing and conversations Participant B 1.Occupational therapist 2.Having experiences working with people with mental illness in clinical settings 3.Mother tongue is Japanese 4.Fluent in Japanese for reading, writing, and conversations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant A 1. Inpatients 2. Having a difficulty in either reading, writing or speaking Japanese 3. Having the possibility that participation in the study may worsen symptoms Participant B 1. Having a difficulty in either reading, writing or speaking Japanese
