Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Basketball player A female basketball player belonging to the women's basketball club of A University, who is participating in training without any injuries or other issues, and living in the dormitory. 2.college students A female student enrolled at A University who has no exercise habits due to not participating in any club activities or hobbies related to physical activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Basketball player A basketball player who commutes from home to participate in training. 2.College students A university student who has a commute time of more than one hour to get to campus.
