Various low salt seasonings will be used for usual cooking in place of normal seasonings.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension who has a home sphygmomanometer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with severe diabetic neuropathy 2. The patients with severe visual dysorder 3. The patients with hemodialysis
