Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents with oral intake who were admitted to the study facility from April to May 2023, those who have a medium to high risk level of malnutrition, and have whole porridge or porridge jelly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not suitable for power rice due to their diseases, or those who decline the provision of power rice due to their preference.
