Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parkinson's disease Age between 40 and 90 Hoehn & Yahe stage 1-4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a disease of the cranial nervous system other than Parkinson's disease Range of shoulder flexion and abduction less than 90 degrees Less than 21 points on the Japanese version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Hoehn & Yahe stage 5
