Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women over 65 years old 2. Not restricted from walking by a physician 3. Walking independently 4. Able to type text on a smartphone (Intervention group only)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons who unable to participate safely in a physical activity program based on responses to PAR-Q.
