Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who bring prescriptions to the pharmacy and self-manage their medications 2. Patients who have a family pharmacist and 3. Patients who have a family pharmacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to confirm their own will 2. Patients not prescribed medicines packaged in PTP sheets 3. Patients whose medicines are packaged one dose
