Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women over 35 years old who are raising a child between 1 and 4 years old. Mother and child are healthy. Women who live with their husbands or partners. Japanese nationals residing in Japan. Have sufficient Japanese language ability to answer the questionnaire. Those who often feel tired from childcare in the last month. Those who have an Internet environment necessary for attending the program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who do not meet the selection criteria. Those who cannot give consent to participate in this study.
