Inclusion criteria: Nurses who have been working in shifts for at least one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who current or historical history of chronic disease Nurses who have already been diagnosed with a sleep disorder by a physician and are taking sleeping pills Nurses who are pregnant
