Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive CLL patients diagnosed at Kameda Medical Center, Hiroshima Red-Cross Hospital and Atomic Bomb Survivor Hospital, from 2005 to 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of this study include human immunodeficiency virus infection and end stage solid cancer at diagnosis patients.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
To identify survival and cause of death of CLL in Japanese real clinical practice. The causes of death are classified into four categories: 1. Progressive CLL of CLL, 2. Infection, 3. Other cancers, and 4. Comorbid health condition (in the absence of progression of CLL), of which 1, 2, and 3 are considered as CLL-related causes of death for this analysis.	—
