Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy male and female adults who had not performed resistance training for at least 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: skeletal muscle disorders, upper limb or shoulder joint disorders, or neuromuscular diseases.
