Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.able to walk independently without the use of a walking aid 2.have a BMI of at least 18 to 30.0 kg/m2, inclusive 3.able to communicate, read and write in Japanese 4.owns an iPhone and carries it on a daily basis 5.do not own a smartwatch, or if they do, are willing to consent to unpair their smartwatch from their iPhone during the study 6.can agree to provide step count and walking distance data up to 3 weeks prior to the day consent was obtained 7.can provide written consent to participate in the study of his/her own free will
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.already exercising at least 3 days a week 2.prohibited from exercising by a physician for any reason 3.systolic blood pressure 160 mmHg or higher or diastolic blood pressure 110 mmHg or higher at the time of inclusion 4.pregnant or lactating woman 5.judged by the investigator to be ineligible for participation in the study
