Inclusion criteria: 1.patients with severe asthma 2.patients who coughed up induced sputum 3.Patients who wrote informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with respiratory diseases except for asthma 2.patients with pregnant or breast feeding 3.patients who are considered inappropriate by principal investigator
