Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage I primary lung cancer less than 3 cm. 2. Metastatic lung cancer less than 3 cm. 3. Patient requests RFA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sever pulmonary dysfunction
