Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young people aged 24 to 34 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have physical and/or mental/psychological difficulties with ipsilateral exercises using Solar Pole and those who have a history of such problems are excluded.
