Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy seniors aged 65 and older and healthy adults aged 64 and younger

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are unable to communicate, use tube feeding, or require medical assistance due to acute symptoms or extreme low nutrition.
