High Intensity Interval Training Group (HIIT Group): Perform unsupervised HIIT 3 times a week for 8 weeks Moderate Intensity Continuance Training Group (MICT Group): Perform unsupervised MICT 3 times

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students and graduate school students with low physical activity who have given written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with Diabetes, Musculoskeletal disorder, and smoking habit
