Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: admission with stroke, lower extremity fracture, pelvis of spine fracture. able to manage an accelerometer during the day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unstable conditions requiring medical treatment. complications or past histories that affect ambulation. hospital discharge within a week.
