Interventions

Follow the tutorial in the VR snowboard game, then play the game. The game will run for 5 days. After five days, we will conduct a questionnaire and set a one-week wash-out period. After the wash out

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those in their 20s to 40s. Those who can participate in the research without leaving an interval of 3 days or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have difficulty in standing on one leg. Subjects with a history of disease affecting training and measurement. Those with leg pain. Those who have the following symptoms or history. Excluded symptoms or history: under the influence of alcohol and drugs, persistent indigestion, insomnia, extreme fatigue, emotional stress or anxiety, cold/flu symptoms, Convulsive seizures, binocular vision disorders, mental disorders, heart disorders, pregnant women, unconsciousness, epilepsy-related symptoms, and other serious medical conditions
