Interventions

Participants will choose from two types of essential oil, orange sweet and lavender (Tree of Life Co., Ltd.). Drip 1 cc of essential oil onto a 2.5 cm cotton ball, place one drop in a 5 x 7 cm zipped
gestation. The bag containing the cotton balls should be changed daily. non

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primiparous women at 36-37 weeks' gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal pregnancy, multiparous, pregnant women with complications such as hypertensive disorder of pregnancy
